Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

Your account and everything in it is removed straight away. It cannot be undone, so you may want to tap "Download all my data" first.

• Open Gastro Pal and sign in.
• Open the Profile tab and scroll to the bottom.
• Tap "Delete my account".
• Enter your password and type DELETE, then confirm.

Can't get into the app?

Email info@mygastropal.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will reply to confirm it is you, then delete your account within 30 days.

Please do not include your password in the email.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile and sign-in details.
• Your medications, supplements and allergies.
• Every meal, drink, symptom, sleep, activity, stress and period entry, and everything we worked out from them.

What may remain for a short time

• Copies in our service providers' backups, until they are overwritten.
• Email delivery records held briefly by our email provider.
• A minimal record that you asked for deletion, where the law requires us to keep one.
